Are you passionate about fitness and leadership?
Royal Papua Yacht club is looking for a new Gym Manager!
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring it remains a clean, safe, and motivating environment. You’ll manage staff schedules, training, and performance, while also driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance to meet budget goals and develop and promote engaging fitness programs and events. Promoting the gym through social media and in-house advertising will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Your Role:
- Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a clean, safe, and motivating space.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of gym management experience
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work mornings/evenings and weekends
- Passion for fitness and community engagement
Desirable qualities but not essential
- PT experience
- Group training experience
- Basic admin skills
- Drivers licence
